Dear Anil,

There are a few things to wrap up about our tour. First, overall, we are extremely satisfied with your services, and would recommend you to others. Second, we thought that the Karoli Haveli, The Orchard, and the Wyndham Grand were exceptional, and, except for some plumbing maintenance problems, the Balmasand Garden Resort was very good. The Royal Plaza, Ramada Jaipur and Fortune Park Boulevard were okay. With better staff training, Fortune Park Boulevard would be better than the Royal Plaza.

Ramada was simply bland. The Everest Hotel was the worst I have stayed at in years. The windows and sills were covered with pigeon dung. The window frames were rusted. Paint was chipped marred and dirty. Drapes were worn out. Furniture had peeling veneer. Well, you get the picture. You should visit before continuing to keep it on your list. The local representative rescued the situation, after one night, by transferring us to the Radisson. One of the biggest plusses was our driver in India, Sushil Kumar. Our guides varied from very good to excellent. The only unresolved issue is your failure to provide a guide in Pushkar. Speaking of Pushkar, the Orchard provided the best restaurant meals of our trip.

Sorry to have been answer you so late!

The tour went well...only the train journey was a small nightmare: at the end the train was late about 8 hours! All the rest was really excellent!!! Special thanks to the staff of Varanasi Hotel Ana she was just great! And also to the tour agency that you have there really great the guy that picked us up at the airport and took us days after to the train station....

The driver were good I just would like to tell you that the one that took care of us from Jaipur to Jodhpur a little bit speechless...shy I think, but always nice....

Thanks for everything and I'll suggest your tour agency to all the one that will need!!!

Dear Anil

We have just returned from our very enjoyable trip and wish to convey our thanks to you for the arrangements. Our driver (D. Prakash) and vehicle were both excellent and the tour guides in the main spoke very good English and were well informed.

There were 3 hotels which did not meet our expectations and thought you might like to be made aware of our concerns:

1. Chariot Beach hotel - Mahabalipuram - Rooms not very clean at all with dirty soiled bedding. Breakfast inedible with little to no choice. Very noisy through the night with beach parties going on until 3.00am

2. Camp Noel- Munnar - Accommodation in a very poor state of repair with broken floorboards, badly fitting windows and doors. No comforts whatsoever and no heating for the very cold nights. Not suited to a touring holiday due to the isolation.

3. Estuary Island - Poover - Hotel currently undergoing major rebuilding. Very noisy and disruptive throughout the entire day. Not at all restful and peaceful as advertised. On a very positive note we really enjoyed our stay at :

1. Maison Perumal - Pondicherry - Delicious food and lovely welcome.
2. Chidambara Vilas - Chettinad - The most wonderful place of the trip. We were treated like royalty and fed very well. The rooms were so comfortable and the entire building a joy to tour around. The Manager personally guided us around the Royal Palace and other local attractions.
3. Tea Bungalow - Cochi - Wonderful ambiance. Very helpful and friendly staff and the best breakfast of the entire trip. Very comfortable rooms.

We will recommend your company to other friends who are looking at a similar tour and thank you again for all of the arrangements with the few exceptions listed above.

it was a great tour and efficiently managed by your organization.

It has really been satisfying and, only to provide you a complete feedback, I note two experiences as not meeting my expectations. Both are related to Jaisalmer:

- First of all: the hotel we pushed for, Suryagarh, is honestly beautiful but it’s absolutely not worth the price they ask for and it was not acceptable to have the new year’s eve dinner outdoor. Too cold in the evening! But I confirm, it was our choice and not your fault;

- Secondly, the camel ride in the desert. What sort of desert is it with such a crowd of people and what sense does it make to be 50 meters away from the main road, tent camps and sound machines with loudspeakers warming-up for new year’s eve night? I’m sorry this is not what I call “desert”.

Beside this I’ll surely suggest Indovision as a valid and correct agency or I will as well contact you for a second trip to India. I really appreciated your kind support and patience even during the planning of the trip. A special thank goes to Sushil for his experience in driving and for his human warmth. He made great our experience in India.
